February 12, 2008 - It was announced today that on top of their already sold-out nationwide Lost Highway Tour, Bon Jovi will headline a concert series to raise funds for lung cancer research. The purpose is especially close to heart since bandmate Richie Sambora's father died from the disease just last year.
The group will kick off the fundraising concert tonight in Manhatten in dedication to Adam Sambora.

Bon Jovi Gives Large Tip To Waiter
January 22, 2008 - Woolloomooloo noshery Manta singing his praises when he casually served up a $600 tip for waiter Tristan Tomlinson. After jetting into Sydney on Sunday and checking into the Blue Hotel at the Finger Wharf, the Bon Jovi quartet and 10 crew cruised down to the restaurant strip for a bite.
Clearly peckish, the lads cleaned the celebrity-favoured haunt out of lobster and mud crab.
They then left a tip to match the size of their appetites.
"It's the biggest single tip I've ever received in the four years I have worked here," a chuffed Tomlinson, 28, told Confidential yesterday.
"To get $100 is a bonus so this was pretty substantial - it was a really nice surprise."
Far from making any rock-star demands, Bon Jovi was relaxed, casual and "just wanted to be treated like anyone else," Tomlinson said. Fellow diners were fairly oblivious to the rock royalty in their midst on Sunday night. 1/17/08 Update- Bon Jovi has added four more shows to his concert list! These additional shows are in Austrailia and one in New Zealand. After these international showcases, Bon Jovi will return to the states to headline their North American Lost Highway tour!
